Attention to breath
Day 1 and 2 are a very simple 10 minute practice where we use the breath as an anchor for the mind. So get comfortable and close the door on all of the noise and enjoy 10 minutes of mindful bliss.
The Three Part Breath - Days 3 & 4
This simple diagram shows you a 3 part breath, where the inhale lasts for 3 counts and we fill the lungs from the bottom to the top of the triangle. The exhale lasts for 7 counts and we exhale from the top of the triangle all the way to the bottom. Simple!

Day 3 & 4
Attention to breath
This is a yogic three part breath exercise that is amazing for singers for so many reasons. Not only will you be engaging diaphragmatic, thoracic and clavicular full breath cycles, but you all also be calming your nervous system and regulating your emotions.

Day 5 & 6
Alternate Nostril Breathing - Nadi Shodhana
This is a FANTASTIC breathing exercise that will bring total balance to your nervous system and prepare you for any performance. Practice this every day and you’ll notice the benefits in no time!

In this first LKCM we will be focussing in a little more on the emotions. We’ll start with focussing on a friend and then a more remote person.
